Who processes your information
BPS (Ballito Padel Series) is a Dynamic Consult sporting property. Dynamic Consult, an authorised financial services provider (FSP No. 54508), is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
Your name, email address, mobile number and the optional profile details you choose to add — such as your area, preferred club, preferred playing side, division and Playtomic username. We also record how you found the Series (for example a poster or QR code) so we can understand which channels work.
Why we collect it
To create and maintain your permanent player profile, to operate the competition, and to send you Series tournament updates and registration announcements where you have consented.
Separate, optional marketing consent
Consent to receive Ballito Padel Series communications is completely separate from consent to receive Dynamic Consult financial services information. You may accept one and decline the other, and declining financial services marketing never affects your participation in the Series.
Consent records
Every consent you give or withdraw is stored with a timestamp so that we hold an accurate, auditable record in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Partner and sponsor reporting is provided in aggregate only and never exposes individual participant data.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw any consent, at any time from My BPS or by contacting Dynamic Consult.
